Built for the planner

World Hopper gives you the tools to run a private group trip as a real club — from branded identity to member management to post-trip archive.

What planners control

AI Trip Art Studio

Generate the club visual identity — logo, hero image, and color palette — from a single art direction prompt. No design tool required.

You control the brand voice and can regenerate until it is exactly right.

Member approval workflow

Every membership application comes to you for review. You approve, reject, or defer each member. Members cannot access the clubhouse until you approve.

You control who is in the club.

AI passport generation

Once approved, members receive an AI-generated passport: club title, character tagline, and profile. The AI uses your trip brand voice.

You can regenerate any member passport. Admin approval is required before it goes live.

Launch checklist

A smart checklist that tracks art upload, member onboarding, itinerary completion, and other pre-launch gates. It tells you when you are actually ready.

You control when the trip goes live.

Roster management

Full member roster with private fields: cabin numbers, dietary requirements, emergency contacts. Control which fields are visible to members vs. admin-only.

Granular field visibility controls.

Announcements and polls

Post trip-wide announcements and run polls directly in the clubhouse. Members are notified and can respond.

You decide when to publish announcements.

What AI generates (with planner approval)

World Hopper uses AI to generate member passport profiles (club title, tagline, character arc), trip visual identity (logo, hero image, palette), and share card copy for magic moment distribution. Every AI output requires planner review and approval before it is visible to members or the public. The AI uses your trip brand voice to ensure the output matches your club identity.

Questions from planners

What does a planner control in World Hopper?

Planners control the trip brand (name, voice, colors, logo), member approval, AI passport generation, content publication (announcements, articles), itinerary, roster visibility settings, and when the trip goes live or enters archive. Members have access to what planners publish.

Does AI generate content automatically, or does the planner approve it?

AI assists but planners approve. AI generates passport profiles, trip art, and share card copy — but none of it goes live until a planner reviews and approves. The system is designed so AI is a tool in the planner's hands, not an autonomous publisher.

Can I use World Hopper for multiple trips at once?

Yes. Each trip is a fully independent club with its own brand, roster, and clubhouse. You can plan multiple trips simultaneously from the same account. Each trip has its own slug and landing page.

How does World Hopper handle sensitive member data?

Sensitive fields — cabin number, dietary restrictions, emergency contacts, phone number, email — are private by default. Planners can configure per-field visibility: members-visible, admin-only, or hidden entirely. No sensitive data is shown publicly.

Can I customize the member intake form?

Yes. World Hopper includes a set of standard intake questions (travel details, dietary needs, emergency contacts) plus custom fields that planners can add for each trip. You can make fields required or optional.
